That is, US business interests will be made whole by the U.S. taxpayer during their dealings with the Cuban kleptocracy while these claimants have suffered 55 years of theft by the Castro brothers.<br />This is not only crony capitalism, but is the epitome of corporate welfare and screwing the average citizen (95% of US claims are individuals)F.
