Question for Democracies in the international community of nations: Will you speak out tomorrow?

Dictatorships in China, Russia, Cuba and Saudi Arabia, that systematically violate human rights, and undermine international human rights standards will be elected to the UN Human Rights Council tomorrow. Will democracies speak out at the United Nations General Assembly during the vote on October 13th against their election?
