The European Union (EU) must take into account that those democratic principles that exist in the EU are the ones we want for ourselves
"It is critical to put full respect for human rights before any kind of dialogue " and demand that in the Island the "democratic principles that the countries of the EU enjoy be fully respected."
The MCL has always considered that in any negotiation to help the people of Cuba have to have all parties, not just with the government, nor with the opposition only.
